Real memory. Daily logs, decisions, lessons. Files outlive sessions.

Single source for time. If it is not on the calendar it is not real.

Principles

Buy tools that last. Replace them rarely.
Prefer plain text and files to platforms when possible.
Static over dynamic when the content is not changing.
One source of truth per concern. Avoid parallel systems.
